Following the latest national lockdown announcement, we would like to inform our customers that all our Pronto Accident Repair Centres will remain open and operating within our normal working hours as we fall under the "Vehicle Repair Services" which provides essential services to the general public.
We are continually adapting and adjusting our business throughout the COVID-19 pandemic by minimising the risk and impact on our employees and customers. We kindly request that customers adhere to our safety protocols at all branches.

Our team are well equipped and carry out a mandatory sanitation regime of all vehicles during the collection and delivery process. Our handover process minimises social interaction, to ensure we are keeping you and our staff safe.
