Our strategically placed Repair Centres have achieved manufacturer approval accreditation from Audi, BMW, Cupra, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen Commercial & Volkswagen.
Our Accident Repair Centres have been developed around the wants and needs of our customers, including Insurer and Accident Management Partners. The teams we employ are focused, flexible and committed to consistently deliver high quality customer service solutions within a complex set of parameters.

Pronto Accident Repair Centres are unique, as we are open 7 days of the week, 6am-6pm. Every department of the business is working from handling a notification, updating customers, carrying out vehicle damage assessment, collections and deliveries. Every part of the repair process is staffed, with the exceptions of UK Bank Holiday's.
